GENERAL PRACTITIONERS
All patients with a current Medicare or Veterans Affairs card will be bulk billed. If you do not hold a current Medicare card or visit Lithgow Medical Clinic without a Medicare card you will be required to pay a $130.00 fee (standard consultation), $200.00 fee (long consultation) or $240.00 (prolonged consultation). Payable on the day of consultation via EFTPOS or cash. You will be informed prior to the service being provided.
CARDIOLOGIST
Fee: $200(payable on the day of consultation via EFTPOS or cash) for Initial Consultations (Pensioners and Healthcare Card holders are bulk billed), reimbursement of the rebate available through Medicare, all tests Bulk Billed. This is an one off charge, all follow up visits will be bulk billed. APPOINTMENTS: Made through Lithgow Medical Clinic, referrals required. PATHOLOGY
Pathology services are preformed onsite by Australian Clinic Labs. Majority of services are Bulk Billed Hours: Monday to Friday 8am til 4pm, Saturdays 9am til 1pm. Direct phone 02 6351 2069
ORTHODONTIST
We strive to keep orthodontics affordable. Our fees are below the NSW and National averages for all aspects of orthodontic treatment including braces, plates and Invisalign (Source Australian Society of Orthodontists Fee survey 2013). Our quotes clearly outline the costs of orthodontic care and include a retention plan with support for up to 2 years after braces are removed. We offer interest-free payment plans using a direct debit service for your convenience. We also offer significant savings for upfront payments, or if you’re a family member of one of our patients.
OVERSEAS STUDENTS
Lithgow Medical Clinic has agreements to provide a NO GAP service to all patients covered by selected insurance companies. This means we will directly bill your insurance company so you are not out of pocket for any medical expenses at our clinic. If you are covered by any of the below insurers and can present to the clinic with your current cover card & ID, you can see any of our Doctors and have no out of pocket expenses – the insurer will pay any consultation fees.
